Information
Viewing and Interacting with PDF Files From
the Internet
It is
a good idea to install Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, the application
needed to view PDF files, before attempting to open the files. Choose
the version from Adobe's free downloading site that matches your
computer's operating system (e.g. Windows '95, Macintosh, etc.).
You can link to Adobe's site by clicking on the graphic below. You
will need 5 MB hard disk space, plus 7 MB additional temporary disk
space available during installation. You should close all other
programs when installing.
Using
PDF Forms
Next,
return to the Methodist Home for Children's site and download the
forms you need by clicking on a linked form name. If you have installed
Acrobat® Reader®, Reader will automatically open and the
PDF form file will begin to download. This takes a bit of time.
Allow at least a few minutes for a 500K file. Save the .pdf form
to your hard drive, print out the form and mail to the address indicated
on the form.
